Why we build ETA System Doctor, and what we care about along the way.
A practical toolkit, not a bloated suite
ETA System Doctor started from a simple frustration: most cleanup and optimization tools either do too little, or try to do everything and end up slow, bloated, and full of upsells you don't want. We wanted something different — a focused set of tools that clean browsers, free up disk space, and keep a Windows PC running the way it should, without getting in your way.
We're a small team at R. J. Associates and Co., and we build and support ETA System Doctor directly — no outsourced support queue, no disappearing into a big company. When you email us, a person who actually works on the product reads it.
The product keeps growing one tool at a time — cookie and cache cleanup, disk and temp-file cleanup, browser hijack fixes, duplicate file finders, and more — each one added because someone using ETA System Doctor asked for it.
Keep it simple
